We operate with true expertise in a multi-vendor environment, able to supply and support IBM midrange servers, storage, Sun and HP servers, Cisco products, together with parts across all platforms.

Tindirect takes the threat of counterfeit hardware infiltrating the IT industry very seriously, and as a result, we have an extremely stringent vetting and testing procedure in place to spot and prevent suspect product entering our stock. Any product found to be suspect is rejected and destroyed. We work proactively within the used market to report those found to be selling counterfeit hardware to the authorities. We support the anti counterfeiting task forces established by the ASCDI (Association of computer dealers international, UNEDA (United Network Equipment Dealers Association) and CBE (computer brokers exchange).
